Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the TiCu mobile application or visiting ticu.app (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 7 days' notice through the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TiCu. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ticu.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Plans. TiCu offers two subscription plans:

• Yearly — $49.99/year ($4.17/month). Includes a 3-day free trial. Billed annually after the trial ends.
• Monthly — $14.99/month. No free trial. Billed monthly.

Free trial. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. We send a reminder notification one day before the trial expires.

Billing. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on your device. Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes where applicable.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. TiCu does not process refunds directly.

“User Content” means any photos, images, or other content you upload to TiCu, including wardrobe photos and outfit inspiration screenshots.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading content, you grant TiCu a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and display your content within the Service solely to provide the features you requested (try-on renders, outfit suggestions, wardrobe management). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Third-party AI processing. To deliver virtual try-on renders and outfit suggestions, TiCu transmits your photos and style data to third-party AI processing services. By using these features, you explicitly consent to this transmission. These providers process your data under data processing agreements and do not use your content to train AI models. Full details of what is shared and with whom are set out in our Privacy Policy, Section 4.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any subscription or access controls
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

All content, design, code, and branding within TiCu (excluding User Content) is owned by or licensed to TiCu and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Virtual try-on renders are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly reflect how a garment will look or fit in reality. TiCu does not guarantee the accuracy of outfit recommendations, try-on previews, or shoppable links.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TiCu and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TiCu operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
